New Call Numbers, New Books: Language

on January 28, 2014

Our children’s collection reorganization continues apace!

To give you an idea of what is in each new collection category, the next several posts here will feature new books from each new category.

This area includes books on learning languages, dictionaries, books in other languages, as well as books on the language and grammar of English.  It will also contain books about learning writing skills, other than creative writing, which will be found in Fine Arts. The language the book is about or written in will be marked on the call number and shelved together, and books with multiple languages will be marked as “Various.”  (Bilingual books with English and one other language will be shelved with the secondary language and not in “Various.”)

Today, here are a few new books from our Language area.
